My well-planned apartment in Örnsberg/Aspudden is available to rent from June 3rd. Rent includes all furniture and bills, and you will have access to the bike storage and storage room as well. The sunny balcony faces the lovely green forest, with the tbana and Coop only a 3 minute walk away. You also have Vinterviken nearby for nice walks in nature, a swim, sauna or kayak. The rental is from June 3rd until it is sold (you will have 2 months' notice), but this process won't begin until after summer, and I believe this may take a while. As I've now moved away, I will have to do video interviews, but my lovely current tenant may be able to provide in-person viewings. Please send a short presentation about yourself to apply.
