You’ll be living in one of the charming older houses in the park — peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Close to forest areas, a nature reserve, and a lake. It takes about 20 minutes by subway to get to Gamla Stan, and buses also run from the park. By car, it’s about 15 minutes to the city. The room is a bright, lightly furnished loft room with high ceilings and a large window. It’s the white room in the panoramic photo — best to see irl. In the basement, there’s a sauna/relaxation area, and the courtyard has a private garden for barbecues and outdoor dining. The apartment is shared with me and my 7-year-old son (who stays with me half the time). There’s also a bathtub. Looking for a responsible, easygoing, and friendly calm person who enjoys having a child around from time to time. Non-smoker, no parties. Pets may be welcome if they’re child-friendly.
